So this review I fought with whether to leave. Sent my daughter there for braids ( grandma took her), they made her wait over 2hr past her appointment time because the stylist ( not the owner) wanted to take other clients first. Colors they picked were very grey and didnt work with her hair. Paid for medium size braids they were large and went in different directions as well as were braided differently. We paid extra for them to be down her back ( which was the original quote) and they were all different lengths and most only braided 1/2 way. I was going to leave it be and not say anything until I took out my daughter's braids to clean and condition her hair before getting them re done.... they glued the braids in! I have never seen or heard of that before and it took me 2 hours to get it out with oil and conditioner. I asked everyone I knew that does hair and or has had their hair braided and they were all mortified and confused.
